Not the "start from scratch" kind, but the kind where we evolve—step by step, moment by moment—toward the life that truly fits.
I’ve taken a lot of leaps in my career. Some calculated. Some uncertain. All transformational.
When I was starting out, coaching helped me shift from being an individual contributor to a leader. When the corporate world no longer felt aligned, I left to start my own business. When I was ready to start my family, I pivoted back into corporate work. And when my career no longer felt inspiring, I switched industries entirely.
Each time, there was no clear "roadmap." Just a clear sense that something needed to shift—so I made the move.
And coaching? It’s been my secret weapon every step of the way.
When my daughter was heading off to college, I started asking myself the big questions again: What do I want next? Where do I want to put my energy?
Once more, I turned to coaching—not to get external answers, but to uncover my own clarity, direction, and purpose.
That journey brought me here. Because the value of coaching isn’t just about finding the answer—it’s about finding your answer. It’s about stepping into possibility with confidence, knowing you’ve got the tools to navigate whatever comes next.
"I wholeheartedly recommend Kim to anyone looking for a coach who can push them to new heights while creating a space of support and growth."
Having lived in Ireland, the United States, Switzerland, and Australia, I’ve seen firsthand how place shapes us. Yet it’s the choices we make that ultimately define our paths. Those experiences deepened my understanding of how people adapt to change—no matter where they begin or where their journey takes them.
I’m always chasing new perspectives—through travel, meaningful conversations, and long walks with my dog (because movement often sparks the best insights, especially when we step away for a moment).
I’m a lifelong learner, fascinated by neuroscience, improv, and mindfulness—anything that helps us think differently, break patterns, and find clarity in the midst of uncertainty.
Most importantly? I believe we all have immeasurable potential. The secret lies in surrounding ourselves with people who help us see it.
